lazada oh lazada!!

 alahai...bad service!! no wonder la awal ashari mengamuk kat instagram aritu...sape tak bengang woi..ko dah bayar sgala...dia kata oder kita cancel..bak kata awal la...kalau dah barang kita nk bli tu xde stok kenapa ko terima kita nye payment?
 nengok ni...memula kita oder
dapat email oder confirmation
pastu dia ckp oder has been fully shipped siap kasi tracking no yang tak tahan tu!
pastu dia email kata canceled!
ni first time kita bli jumlah yg banyak..ye la bagi kita banyak la RM460 tu  ni first time bli online amount lebih dari RM100 & first time juga shopping kat lazada
kalau mcm ni la servis kau memang TAK LAH aku nak bli barang kt LAZADA lagi!

 ni tengah tunggu lazada reply...mmg refund la jawabnye ni...konfem barang ni xde stok!haih nyusahkan orang lah

Alamak, baru tadi menyopping sampai 5 barang gegara sale lat Lazada. Sebab sebelum nie beli x pernah lagi ada masalah . Hope xde lah berlaku camgitueee.

memang scary la lazada ni..
item yang di describe pon kene hati-hati. kene baca habis-habisan..kadang2 tak sama seperti gambar yang diiklan.

systemnya tak efficient/syncronized ie brg2 on sale cthnya..mestilah limited stocks..so cepat abis stock tp part payment tu masih accepted..then only they/the system check against the available stock..there comes cancellation stage ie lps customer dh settle byr semua..mestilah customer bengang kan..alahai..lazada memang nak kena improve bab2 stock availability ni..kalau tak ramai lah customer mengamuk--kalau i pun bengang gak

Salam, alahai mmg habislah lazada..banyak gila tu kak smpai rm400 lebih~ harap proses refundnye cepat..sy before ni 2x je penah beli di lazada, alhamdulillah xde bad experience
